Counters and backsplash wiped, stovetop cleaned, sink scrubbed and shined, outside of all appliances wiped down, cabinet fronts spot-cleaned, trash emptied.

What's included, what's not, and what to expect, so there are no surprises on either side.

Inside appliances aren't included.

Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, those are deep clean items. If it's behind a closed door, it's not part of a standard visit. Ask about adding a deep clean if that's what you need.

We clean, not organize.

A standard clean works around clutter. If a surface is clear, we clean it. If it's covered in stuff, we work around it. Need things sorted and put away? That's our home organization service.

The home doesn't need to be spotless for us to arrive.

Life happens. We're not here to judge your dishes or your laundry, just let us know what matters most and we'll prioritize it on the visit.

We bring our own supplies.

Products, equipment, everything. You don't need to stock anything. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface, just leave it out and we'll use it.

How much does standard house cleaning cost in St. Catharines?
We estimate the time needed and agree on your priorities and spending limit before the visit. We ask for approval before exceeding that limit. Specialty services are quoted separately.
How often should I get my house professionally cleaned?
Most clients book weekly or biweekly. Biweekly is the most popular option, it keeps the home consistently clean without becoming a big job each visit. One-time cleans are also available.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients leave a key or entry code. We confirm the scope on a 24-hour call before the visit, then get to work. You just come home to a clean house.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, products and equipment are all included. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface or a sensitivity to certain cleaners, just let us know and we'll work around it.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the surfaces you interact with every day, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. A deep clean goes further: inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, grout, vents, and behind furniture. Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year on top of their regular visits.
