How is pricing calculated?

Prices are approximate and scoped to the size and condition of your home. Our minimum booking is around $150 for a studio or one-bedroom standard clean. Deep cleans and move-out services take longer and are priced accordingly. You'll always get a clear estimate before we begin.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we arrive with eco-friendly products, microfibre cloths, and our own equipment. If you have preferred products (scent sensitivities, particular surface care), just let us know during our confirmation call.

How far in advance should I book?

Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. We'll do our best to accommodate same-week requests, especially for move-outs and urgent cleans. Regular weekly/biweekly slots are available too.

What if I'm not satisfied?

One text or call and we'll come back to make it right. We don't consider a job finished until you're genuinely happy.
