Inside every cabinet.

Every kitchen cabinet, every bathroom vanity, every closet shelf and drawer, emptied, wiped inside & out, reset. This is the #1 thing landlords check.

Appliances in & out.

Oven degreased inside, fridge emptied & wiped, microwave, dishwasher gasket. We move them out to clean behind where safe.

Walls, doors & switches.

Honest notes.

A few things we tell every move-out client up front, so there are no surprises.

Empty is easier.

Move-out cleans are significantly faster (and cheaper) once furniture is out and you're down to an empty home. Schedule us after the movers, not before, whenever possible.

Carpets & walls.

Standard scope includes vacuuming carpets and spot-cleaning walls. If you need a full carpet extraction or full wall wash for a deposit inspection, we'll quote those as add-ons on the call.

Damage isn't cleaning.

Holes in walls, broken fixtures, stained ceilings, permanent marker, and structural damage aren't cleaning problems. We'll flag these at walk-through so you can handle them before the landlord does.

Booking early helps.

End-of-month weekends book up fast. Give us as much notice as you can, especially for the last weekend of the month, and we'll work with your move-out timeline.

How much does a move-out clean cost in St. Catharines?

Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
We do everything cleaning can do, inside every cabinet, inside appliances, walls spot-cleaned, floors done, and a full walk-through checklist before we leave. Deposit decisions ultimately rest with the landlord, but our scope covers every standard inspection point.
Should I book the cleaners before or after the movers?
After. An empty home is much faster and cheaper to clean, we can reach every corner without working around furniture. Schedule us once the movers are done and you have the keys to hand back.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
As early as possible. End-of-month weekends fill up fast, sometimes weeks out. A week's notice is workable, two weeks is better. If you're tight on time, call us directly and we'll do our best.
Do you clean carpets as part of a move-out clean?
We vacuum carpets as part of the standard move-out scope. Full hot-water extraction carpet cleaning is available as an add-on and is quoted separately on the call, useful if carpets are heavily soiled or if your landlord requires it.
